Photo Submission & Use Agreement

By uploading photos to this website, you grant Judge Youth Lacrosse permission to use, publish, and share the submitted images on its website, social media channels, and other program-related communications for the purpose of promoting youth lacrosse and the activities of the Judge Youth Lacrosse program.

By submitting photos, you confirm that you took the photos or otherwise have permission from the photographer to share them, and that you have the authority to grant Judge Youth Lacrosse permission to use the images for these purposes. You also confirm that submitting the photos does not violate any copyright, privacy, or other rights of any third party.

Submitted photos may include images of minors participating in program activities. By uploading photos, you acknowledge and agree that such images may be publicly displayed as part of the program’s promotion of youth lacrosse.

Judge Youth Lacrosse may edit, crop, or format submitted images as needed for publication.

Judge Youth Lacrosse will make reasonable efforts to address requests to remove images of individuals who do not wish to be publicly displayed; however, because photos may be submitted by third parties and shared across multiple platforms, the program cannot guarantee that all images can be immediately removed from every location.

If you would like a photo removed from our website or social media, please contact judgeyouthlacrosse@gmail.com with a description or link to the image. Removal requests will be reviewed and addressed within a reasonable timeframe after they are received.
